Drawn to CrossFit for its structure and challenge, he quickly discovered the power of community and consistent movement. As a CF-L2 coach, Coach Adam is committed to improving how people move - so they can thrive both in and outside the gym. Coach Adam's coaching style is direct and supportive, rooted in functional fitness that lasts. When he's not coaching, you'll find him skiing, biking, or camping with his family, living the active lifestyle he helps others build.
