Coach Laurel brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to movement, blending her background in yoga, Pilates, and mental health with a deep curiosity for what it means to grow through challenge. Drawn to CrossFit as a personal edge she once avoided, Coach "Lo" now thrives in its energy and connection. Her coaching style is informed, playful, and deeply engaged - always grounded in presence. Whether helping someone unlock new strength or guiding them through discomfort with care, Coach Laurel creates space for transformation. Outside of the gym, she rides her horse Jeb, teaches equine interaction, and continues her work as a clinical and community social worker.
